The FleetKontrol Service (www.fleetkontrol.com), referred to in this document as the “Service”, is provided by Lumix Soft SRL (“Lumix”), headquartered in Romania.
– As a user of the Service residing within the European Union (EU), Nexus processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR.
Specifically, we will collect email addresses of individuals with whom it is necessary to communicate via email and, at the same time, we will aggregate information related to the pages that users access or visit, for the purpose of subsequently notifying visitors about updates on the company’s website.
The information is collected in order to create a relevant and positive experience for clients by improving the content of our website and the quality of the services provided. Data protection and confidentiality represent an extremely important element of the relationship between Nexus and its clients, and we want to assure you that no personal information will be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any other organization for commercial purposes.
We will use personal information during the contractual period and only when necessary to provide you with the products and services you request, when permitted by you or in one of the following situations:
– it is necessary to disclose information for the investigation, prevention, or action regarding illegal activities;

– in cases of violation of the Terms and Conditions;

When you register for a demo account in the Service or complete one of our contact forms, we request information such as: name, company, email address, billing address, and credit card information.
The Service uses this collected information for purposes such as: providing products and services, billing, identification and authentication, improving services, contact, marketing, or research.
WAYS TO CONTROL THE DISPLAY AND USE OF INFORMATION

We will respond within a maximum of 14 working days.

The Service uses third-party providers and hosting partners that supply hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technologies. While the Service owns the source code, databases, and all rights related to the Service, you retain full rights over your own data.
Nexus may update this Privacy Policy periodically without notice.
This Privacy Policy is governed by Romanian law.
If this Agreement is translated into another language and discrepancies arise, the Romanian version shall prevail.
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, by the Court of Appeal Bucharest, Romania.
EFFECTIVE DATE
This Privacy Policy enters into force on March 30, 2026.
